Parents first day at my house

At last, first visit from mom and dad to our new home. The next morning, we went to market and buy some vegetables, meat and fish. Then, as usual, mom start to show off the cooking skill.

New Phone!!!! A dedication to Mom and Dad

After so long, Mom and Dad has been using a lousy phone while we kept changing better and better phone (Our little sister has the best, kekeke). As I heard Mom complaining about the battery life of the phone, I was thinking should I go and buy the original battery for them or should I buy a new phone for them?

As Mom and Dad has never get a good stuff, never get a free trip from me, never own a good car, never has chance to renovate the Sg. Mati house......

All the sacrifices they had done for me, and still they are too used to taking care of me. Finally, I decide to get a new phone for them.

Tada!!!!! Here it is, super slim, super light, super powerful phone!!!! Nokia 2630 arrive......with bluetooth, MMS, GPRS, EDGE, radio, camera, video......

Now, Mom and Dad's phone is more powerful than mine. :) And I feel really really good.

Japin - Nice Japanese Restaurant in Queensbay Mall

As usual, we had hard time to decide on what to eat. Since we were in Queensbay Mall and I just been brought to this restaurant by my colleague 2 days before, I had suggest to eat at this restaurant - Japin.

The ambience of the restaurant is good, nice setting, comfortable seat and nicely arranged stuff on the table.

While waiting for the menu, as nothing to do, my wife grabbed over the camera and give me a shot.

As return, I took a photo of her as well. After sometimes of browsing through the menu, we had decide our meals and drinks (hot green tea, as usual when we walk into a Japanese restaurant).

Hot green tea served! In a cold situation with air-cond blowing here and there (don't really know where is actually the air-cond blowing), a sip of warm green tea make us feel good.

The 糖水 is served. It is a nice warm white fungus plus lotus seed with some watermelon.

Time to try, of course ladies first.

Tempura ramen...it is quite a big bowl and it is definitely value for money.

Another bowl of ramen, forgot the name, but it is nice as well.


When you meet good food, usually this is what happen.......Nothing left. :)

And after you have a good meal, you will definitely feel happy. :)

Doctor visits - The sixth months

As a father to be, I'm really excited. This is the sixth months of the pregnancy, I'm well prepared with my digital camera to record the ultrasound scan as a memory for us.

Lunch at Gurney Plaza - 旺角小厨

It has always been a problem to decide what to eat. It is no difference for today's lunch. As we are in Gurney Plaza and going to visit a friend after the lunch, I had problem to decide on what to eat again. As a person who is always decisive (no matter at work or home), I still don't know why I just cannot make a quick and good decision on what to eat. This always make me feel a lots of pressure because my wife is just besides me and waiting for the decision.

So, after a while of thinking and discussion, we decide to visit "Wong Kok" (my wife had give me a tough look). Well, after sitting down, we still having problem of deciding what to eat. Anyway, my wife is very fast at ordering the egg tarts (almost immediately).

After a while, I decided to abandone my normal favourite "Roasted duck soup noodle" for a "Roasted pork soup noodle".

Well, as the egg tarts are "gone in 60 seconds", I was not able to take any photo of it. We highly recommend their egg tart as it is really delicious.

The roasted pork soup noodle is not bad, but I still prefer the roasted duck soup noodle.

The char siew soup noodle ordered by my wife, she said it taste bad.

Technical Paper writing......Too technical for me

Today, I had a chance to attend a 2 days course of technical paper writing training by a USM professor. Only now that I know I'm such a "noob" in writing documentation, especially technical paper. There are so many things that I had actually misuse in my normal documentations and I thought those are correct and my documentations are actually good. Looks like there are lots of work to do after the training.

雨过天晴 - Rainbow after the rain

It has been 2 weeks since I was sick, finally, my body back to normal. However, I miss the long "Merdeka" holiday to go back to my hometown - Muar for a family gathering. Sigh, so sad.

To my family, I'm now fine and healthy again.

See? I can even post for the webcam of my laptop. :)

Anyway, it has been a long time since I meet with my sister and brother, so I'm currently planning for a trip down to KL maybe next weekend. This is of course if they are in KL.

Besides that, my wife is healthy and good as well.

We has been happy for our upcoming 1st baby.

Just to let all my brothers and sister know that we are fine in Penang.

落叶归根。。。。。。家唯独在你身边

今天，在回家途中，听到了电台播放着这首歌，脑海里突然浮现了好多、好多以前中学期间的片段。记忆，突然通通都回到了我的脑海里；我的中学同班同学，还有一群佛学营所认识的朋友。。。真的好久、好久没联络了。心里突然感到了一阵阵的哀伤，好想马上能够再见到大家，天南地北的聊聊。大家都还好吗？

忙碌的白领生活，真的可使一个人改变，由一个注重友情、亲情的人，改变为一个为钱而拚命的金钱奴隶，真的好想能够再回到那一段日子。。。

或许，是时候让自己再次变回以前的自己了。。。

网络，落网？

最近台湾的地震，影响了整个区域的电脑网络。从来没发觉到失去了上网的机会，会令我觉得茫然。

彩蝶分飞艳
