Alma, Bukit Mertajam - Matari Char Koay Teow

As I promise my wife, finally I bought the Malay Char Koay Teow, which the stall is only 300m away from my house. :P

Matari Char Koay Teow, on the road side of Jalan Rozhan, near the junction to turn into Wonderful supermarket, it is very easy to spot. Every night, there will be lots of cars and motorbikes stopping around to eat in, or takeaway.

The price is quite ok, RM3.00 for a small size (beware, it is really small) and RM3.50 for big size. There are 3 big prawns for small size and 4 big prawns for the big size.

By looking at the colors, it looks a bit like "Asam Laksa" (the food that I only ate twice before, :P), it doesn't looks tasty but when you took the first bite, you can't stop anymore. The gravy contains a very strong seafood smell (prawn especially).

Here is the shot of how it looks like after unpack from the plastic bag. :)
